BIOGRAPHY

 

 

Giada Benedetti, with a contagious smile and the body of a model, left her native Tuscany, Italy, where she was born in Pieve a Nievole (Pistoia), to pursue her dream of becoming an actress.

In 2004 she landed in the States where she earned a scholarship and graduated from the prestigious Stella Adler Academy of Motion Picture Studios in Los Angeles.

In 2009 she returned to Italy. That year in Rome, where she still lives now, she worked with the kings of Overworld Ocean, Woody Allen, in the movie “To Rome with Love” together with Roberto Benigni and Orso Maria Guerrini.

She then interpreted the protagonist in the film “Sospese”, directed by Valerio Orsolini and in 2013, alongside Victor Alfieri, she appeared in the film “The Stalker” directed by Giorgio Amato.

Meanwhile on television she debuted in the film “Under the Sky of Rome” alongside Alessandra Mastronardi and directed by Christan Duguay and in 2010 she starred in “a Dog for Two” with Giorgio Tirabassi directed by Giulio Base.

Giada was in the International Film “Ebola” presented at the Festival of Cinema of Rome and directed by Christian Marazziti.

On the small screen she is best known for appearing alongside Francesco Totti in “10eLotto” directed by Paolo Genovese.

In 2018 she appeared in the movie: SPIDER-MAN: Far From Home directed by Jon Watts.

In 2021 she shoots the TV series “Vita da Carlo” with Carlo Verdone.

Eclectic, Giada has played various roles, from drama to comedy, to cinema, television and theater. She has also had roles in web-series and shorts, with Italian and international directors.
